Have a Safe Memorial Day Weekend
There are NO God’s Adventure Club or Adult classes THIS SUNDAY due to Memorial Day weekend. The FINAL DAY of classes is June 5th.
Thanks to Education Program Volunteers
Our education year is coming to a close and we only have 1 week left (June 5) for GAC/Adult Classes! We want to thank all of our teachers who pour into our children and adults throughout the year as we all grow together. As this year comes to a close, we will begin to start making plans for the coming year! Are you feeling called to be a part of these ministries? Perhaps in a big or small way? We would love to have a conversation with you to see if there is a place that will bring you joy and bless others as well! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org!
Pastor Mark to Continue Series in 1 Peter
For our message this Sunday, we return to our series on 1 Peter. In our passage for this week, Peter tells us that the Christian life is a mixture of great joy but also of grief. "In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials." How can we keep our joy from being overwhelmed by our grief?

Message from Pastor Mark
Our vision statement says "We are a community transfixed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are captivated by the idea that his power and presence can be lived out in us." This Sunday is Pentecost Sunday - join us as we talk about God's promise of his power and presence in us. What does it look like to live that out? Our passage for this Sunday will come from Ezekiel 37:1-14.
After the service will be our annual Congregational Meeting at 12:15. It should last about 45 minutes. At this meeting, we're going to talk about how the Holy Spirit is at work here now...and lay a foundation for his work in the year to come. We hope you can join us!
