ABOUT US We are a non-profit, all volunteer organization helping those in need of furniture. This need can be because of unemployment, low income, disability, or other strenuous circumstances. NEED FURNITURE ? If you are need of furniture you must visit or call during operating hours. Please do not leave a message, as we do not "reserve" furniture. DONATING FURNITURE ? If you want to donate furniture, we prefer you email us. However, you may leave a message on our phone with your name, phone number, address, and a description of the furniture. DELIVERY OR PICK UP We do arrange for deliveries and pick ups. These typically need at least one week notice because of the volume of requests. We pick up in the Olympia-Tumwater-Lacey area generally on Saturdays between 9-12 or sometimes on a weeknight. We do not service Tenino-Rainier-Yelm areas. RUSH DONATIONS The Coordinator is often available to open the furniture bank for donations drop-offs outside of normal operating hours. To do this, please send an email indicating you want to arrange a time. This will relieve our busy delivery/pick-up schedule. ACCEPTABLE FURNITURE We accept clean and gently used furniture with no stains, pet hair/scratches, rips, or smells: Mattresses (queen, twin, full/double) preferable under 10 years old unless little used; metal bed frames, sofas, dressers, tables and chairs, coffee tables, end tables, nightstands, bookcases, small TV stands, small desks, and working lamps. Also, clean and in good condition sheets, blankets, comforters and towels.
